Annette, born in Chicago, Ilinois and raised in Rochester, NY, is a mother of two,and a proud grandmother, holds a Business Administration Degree from Medaille University. With Over 20 years of experience in Finance, Banking, Lending, Accounting, Estate Planning, and Business Administration. Her most recent experience as Chief Executive Officer of Anez Capital Group, Inc and previously served as Vice President of Popular Community Bank and Wells Fargo Advisers. Has prepared her to be able to share her hands on Business experience and knowledge to grow new Business leaders Worldwide. Annette’s passion lies in empowering and educating individuals to maximize their full potential. Her dedication to global missions has earned her recognition as a powerful spiritual leader.
Maria Pagan

Maria, born in Cayey, Puerto Rico, is a dedicated mother of three and a proud grandmother, holding a degree in Business Administration from the University of Puerto Rico. With over 27 years of experience in Real Estate Investment, she stands as a seasoned professional and Florida Real Estate Broker. Maria’s exceptional leadership has guided a successful team of Realtors, showcasing strategic business acumen. Her transparency in business and emphasis on building lasting relations have been pivotal factors in her achievements.
